What exactly does your O pain feel like...and when (in relation to Oing) do you get it?

I usually don't have any pain at all during O time, but I have felt sharp pains/cramps on one side in the general ovary area a few times...literally maybe 3 or 4 times in my life.

But last night and tonight I have some general crampiness in my abdomen...not exactly AF cramps but kinda like that...and not on one side, actually more like on both sides and not so much in the middle. I almost feel like it's intestinal except I had it last night too and definitely did not have any intestinal issues.

I would guess that I'm going to O within the next day or so (my OPKs are getting darker) and I usually don't have any cramps as a precursor...just wondering if any of you have experienced anything like this before?

Yes! I have felt exactly what you are experiencing. I relate it to O'ing!

Mine is excruciating pain on one side of my abdomen... where my ovary is located round about. It starts off mild & gets horrible to the point that moving hurts & I can't stand for anyone to touch me anywhere near my stomach it hurts so bad. The really intense part lasts a few hours... usually overnight. I sometimes have Oed when I was out in public & had to come home early & just sit & relax b/c walking around hurts. Anyway, that's me!

I never felt O'pains until after my loss in April. Then I became supper aware of everything. But now with my loss in Sept, I did not feel my last O at all! I usually feel the pain on the right side and sometimes it radiates to the left side as well.
