i use fertilityfriend.com to chart. it's a great site and has tons articles/information about the whole process. charting will tell you so much about your cycles. cm is a huge clue, so you've got that one down already! once you start temping, just remember to do so at the same time each day for the most accurate results. you'll also need a digital thermometer that reads to at least the tenths.

Hey Kelley!

Fertility Friend is what I use also... I like it allot and even bought a subscription for a few months when it was on a special deal. I love the little extra perks... anyways, there's a charting "school" over there and all sorts of nifty information.

"Male" sperm are faster swimmers, but die sooner

"Female" sperm are slower, but live longer

So the information is pretty much right and it's all in the timing. If I were you I'd chart and use OPK's.
