Hi Ladies (M/C Mentioned)

Hi ladies! My name is Valerie, DH and I have been TTC#1 since July 2007. I have PCOS, we went through a couple of cycles of Clomid, and then decided to try naturally for a little while before going to an RE. I got pregnant during my June cycle this year, we saw a heartbeat at 6.5 weeks and were so excited to be due in March 2010! Unfortunately, in August I started to have some bleeding, went to the doc, and they could no longer find a heartbeat. I was 9.5 weeks, my angel baby stopped growing at 8.5 weeks. I had a D&C on August 13th and my doc told us to wait 2 cycles before starting to TTC again. We just finished our second cycle so we are starting to try again this cycle. I am really scared of going through this again. I want to be pregnant again, I just don't know how I could handle having another loss. I am sure you all feel the same way, looking forward to getting to know you!!!

HUGS! I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm glad you found your way to this board. These ladies are fabulous, and we're all here to help you navigate through TTCAL... we all live with a lot of fear, and it's not an easy road, but we will always be here for you! I hope you get a BFP soon!

We can totally relate to the want of being pregnant again and the fear of another m/c. Good luck ttc again.

I definitely think you're in the right place for the way you're feeeling.... we've all have had those rollercoaster of emotions about TTC. The what if's that cloud our minds about our fears... oh we know! Hope that you find all the support you need here, everyone is special and very kind, warm, compassionate. These ladies mean allot to me, they're very special~ I hope that we can be that for you in no matter what you need.

I do want to take a moment and tell you how sorry I am about your loss in August... I lost my 2nd right around the same time.

Valerie, so so sorry to hear about your baby. It is very scary to start to TTC again, I am in the same place right now with the all clear to start this cycle. Maybe we can go through this together and find support together as well! This board has been awesome for me, I have only been here since 9/13 but the women are wonderful and so helpful. I truly don't think any of my real 'friends' could even understand the way this board does. Good luck TTC, and feel free to post away with your questions!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I think all of us here understand your fears. It's hard not to be afraid once you've had a loss. I hope that you get pregnant soon and the ttc part is not too stressful for you. Good luck to you and welcome to the board!

I was also due in March and miscarried in August at almost 6 weeks. I hope your stay here is short!!

Your story sounds very similar to mine.

I also have PCOS...had been TTC since March 2008. I got PG with metformin in May of this year...saw the heartbeat at 8.5 wks, then at 11 wks started spotting. Baby had not made it much past the 8.5 wks I was told.

I am currently pg again, and like you, am very very nervous. I had my first ultra sound today, at 7 wks and got to see the hb again. I am still fairly nervous, but I have to tell you, these girls here are some of the strongest girls I know, some of them going through multiple losses, and they are there to encourage you through every step of the way..TTC, pregnancy, and if it does happen (God forbid) another loss. They are amazing, and you are definitely in the right place!!! We are like our own little family, and support eachother every step of the way!
