Oh AF has shown.. (No need to say sorry...) I knew she was comming... But GOOD LORD! I am in pain.. My lowerback is killing me... and this is heavier than normal with pretty big clots.. Sorry TMI... I think this has to do with my M/C since the last AF wasn't all that heavy... lasted longer.. but I was not cramping... like I am know.... So hopefully my body will now be back on track...
OK this is directed to my body..... GET A GRIP! GET BACK TO NORMAL.... And enough is enough.... The next one better be a sticky one, healthy one, and NO MORE M/C's.... Do you hear ME??? I am telling you Body.. If you don't do this... than no more misses nice guy... you got it??

Kary, well at least you will get a "fresh start" with this nice heavy, painful AF! I know you were expecting her, but none the less, Im sorry. Whats next with the RE's office? Any planned protocal for you?

Me too!! I was hoping this was gonna be a no show, but that's ok. Mine is brutal, also.. Really bad low back pains too! Eek, it sucks. Take care, Kary!

That sounds about right, AF seems to be pretty freaking BRUTAL after a loss (or losses) but think of it as a "deep cleanse" and trying to balance out everything on the inside. It's good too see the clots, makes you know AF is doing her job... but it's disturbing too (for me it was like a harsh reminder) I hope she eases up on you, am sorry she's being so harsh.
