I am officially in the 2ww. FF's advanced method puts me at 5dpo, but I don't think that date is right so I shifted to FAM and that puts me 3dpo. I figure I'd rather go with the later O date since it looks more right, but I might find myself testing early just in case.
I am excited because I started progesterone cream today. I am hoping that makes a difference. The midwife I talked to acted like progesterone wasn't the problem and that my m/c is what caused my progesterone levels to be low, but I disagree. My progesterone was 4.9 at 15 dpo with my m/c and I think that is a problem. I'd rather take the progesterone and not need it than have another loss again. Anyhow, I am really nervous. I hope the next few days go by really fast.

Do you have to have a prescription for the progesterone cream?

Heres sending you some luck!!!!!!!
My dr. agrees with the progesterone issue too. He believes since Ive had 4 children with no progesterone issues, that these losses this year have more to do with "bad eggs". He believes that the low progesterone is due to "a bad pregnancy" not the other way around. He now prescribes me it, because he is more sympathetic than anything. He still does not feel that is the issue though. I sometimes agree with him, it just makes you feel extra protected in a sort of way and it wont hurt the baby, so why not? My progesterone was supplemented with my loss in April, and when the baby died it was at 30. I was supplemented in September too, and my progesterone was 40. So in my heart I know he is right, thats why Im seeing the RE, but they prescibe it no matter what, so my dr. has been doing it too.
Good luck Teresa, and no matter what, its awsome that your body recovered and O'd for you this month!

Not for the cream. You can get it at GNC. I ordered mine from Amazon since I didn't feel like driving across town. I've been using it 3 times a day.

The other midwife (not my regular one) feels the same way that the problem is my age and I'm just putting out bad eggs. While I somewhat agree that she may be right I still feel like I'd rather err on the side of caution and add in the progesterone cream. I hope it does the trick. My chart is looking way prettier than it normally does so I am thinking it's doing something. I'm trying not to get excited yet.

Teresa, FF changed my cross hairs this morning, so now we are exactly the same dpo! I put a thread about it in Fertiliaty Charting board. Amazing how FF works!
I looked at my chart last month compared to my chart this month, and yes the supplements will make your chart look better. Im not on them this month, because were trying to see what my body does naturally. I go in next Wed for my blood draw at 7dpo to see what my progesterone level is, Im so curious.....I do feel like I DONT have a progesterone issue so we will see if Im right or not.......

That would be so cool if we were due at the same time! There's a bunch of us with O dates close to each other over here. (I think I am all alone on my O date on the main TTC board so it's nice to have some cycle buddies over here.)
Good luck to you and everyone else!

I hope this is your cycle.... When I spoke to my Dr... He wants me to start progesterone supplements. He told me that is has to be started within 24 hours for it to be effective. (That is ONLY if you have a progesterone issue) But like the other dr have said... Usually low progesterone is due to a bad pregnancy... not the cause... UNless you are low to begine with. HUGS and Good Luck!!

Teresa, does the progestrone give you any side effects? I used the cream last month for a few days but stopped because it made me feel like I had m/s.
