Krystal I'm extremely sorry honey, I hear ya on thinking there is no normal when it comes to our bodies, darnit! Geesh! I'm glad you can make a "joke" in such a crappy time like right now, it's good that you still have your sense of humor in a way.
AF... well she may not show for 2,4 even 6 weeks. It's possible she may show in a few days once everything zero's out, but it's also possible that she won't for a while. I think the senario is different from time to time and woman to woman... so there's no saying exactly when. I'm sorry to not have any conclusive evidence or help. Shoot my 2 losses this summer were totally different... the first I was approx 7wks then lost my babe just to ovulate days later! Then when the dr caused the loss of my 2nd babe, that was a very long cycle afterwards.
So, I think you should try to get into your dr's office... as soon as you can, see if they can squeeze you in tomorrow! Then they can check you out, do some bloodwork and go from there. Better safe than sorry kwim?
In the case of FF, leave it as is and considering m/c as CD1... even a nurse & doc's told me that the first real day of bleeding (not spotting) is considered like a 1st day of a new cycle.
It's highly unlikely that this is an ectopic... your levels would continue to rise slowly and not normally &/or drop a teeny bit but to go back up just not in normal doubling time. HOWEVER, I would STILL get checked out! When in doubt, get checked out! Ectopic pregnancies are not something to play around with and it's better to rule it out in the long run. An u/s probably wouldn't show anything right now unfortunatly, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't look inside so they can see other potential problems or give you a clean bill of health. Either way!
Krystal! You're in my prayers, thoughts and heart!
