Hi ladies. I usally post on TTC after RPL but I post here to sometimes. I was hoping you could help me.

Last month and this month it really really hurt when I O'd. And I am not talking about the little pinchy cramps. It felt like really bad gas pain but in my lower belly and only on the right side. (I don't have a right tube and I know I am not pg so I am not worried about an ectopic)

I think I might have cysts again. I had one when I was pg with DS but it resolved itself.

Does anyone know what causes cysts? Can they cause problems TTC?

Thanks

You are welcome here anytime! I'm glad you stoped By... Welcome!

Cysts are common.. And yes they hurt, and yes they can interfere with TTC. I have them.. And I have to be careful.. When mine rupture they can almost feel like kidney stones... I get back back pain, Vomit, diarhea... and I have had it cause inflimation of the lining of my abdominal cavity, all from the fluid in the cysts.

They can come and go from month to month. I would mention it to your dr.

Since my loss I have experienced ovulation pain. I never had it before, it can hurt on either side of my lower abdominen on ovulation day. I've never asked the Dr about, I should though.

ETA: The pain is like bad period like cramps that last anywhere from a couple of hours to a day.

That is how mine feel. I actually had to use the heating pad on my belly to help relieve the pain.

Thanks for the info Karen. I will bring this up to my doctor.
