Ok...I'm going to try to get some sleep, but I am posting this hear, hopefully to make myself feel better...I don't know if anyone is still on, but I just took my progesterone this evening, and my cervix is very very low. And it is firm. It feels closed though (I think) Does anyone know what your cervix looks like when you Mc? I want to go buy more tests now tomorrow tomake sure they are still dark. These next few weeks are the most stressful for me in my pregnancy, because even though I have seen the heartbeat...I did last time, and it was right around now that I lost it...that coupled with the fact that my boobs don't hurt as much have me scared spitless. I am continuing to pray that everything is fine...if you pray...please pray too!!

Miss Marci; I don't have an answer either. But try your best to relax and get some rest, kiddo! I know it's scary, but you're doing what you should be doing in order to keep this pregnancy going.
Just try to breathe. Huggles to you!

I also do not have the answers for you.... I know when I was M/S.... my cervix was meduim to high... (This was before I started bleeding, when I was told my numbers were not rising) I am not sure if the cervix acts like it does when AF is comming. I would try not to worry.. and just try and stay positive!

Marci, I can tell you that after my m/c I went in to the ER (a couple of days after) because I was having some major pains. The dr. had a real hard time reaching my cervix. She said it was high but open. So I would just not worry about your cervix. Maybe what you think is low truly is high if a dr. was to check you. HUGS!!! I know it is so hard not to worry, espceially in the first few weeks.

Thanks girls...sorry... It's just that this is around the time that I lost my last bean, and so it's been difficult for me. It seems higher and soft this morning...I had tried looking on the internet to see if there was any information, but it just said that cervix position changes in each pregnancy, I just thought I remember reading then when AF is on the way your cervix will be low and hard, so it made me worry...thanks for all your kind words and thoughts girls...I swear, one day, I'll be comfortable.

Marci....I'm so sorry that you're feeling worried about this. I right there with you and worried about every weird symptom/lack of symptom too!!!!! I have been freaking out about every little thing. I understand how tough it is when you are still in that "zone" of when you lost your last.
I think, personally, that your cervix position doesn't matter too much at this point. I would only be worried if you were spotting or something....which you're not so you are FINE!!! This lil' bean is going to stick!!

Hi Marci!
I agree wth starrsgirl, I have always heard that the position of the cervix doesn't matter in pregnancy because its different for everyone. I've always heard it matters the most before ovulation and right before your period.
As long as you don't have any bleeding, try not to worry about it! Get lots of rest and try not to stress... (easier said than done, I know! hahaha)
Good luck hun!!!!

Don't be sorry, honey! I can remember all too vividly being in your position. We understand!
All I can say about your cervix is that I noticed that mine moved around a lot early on (before I got my BFP), but then I stopped checking after that. Try to remind yourself that you are doing everything you can to keep your baby healthy and strong, and that most likely, he or she is still thriving! Lots of big

I have no idea about the cervix, i never checked mine during pregnancy. My OB did not check mine after my m/c either. I hope that the next few weeks fly by so you can be past this point in your pregnancy, and hopefully relax a bit more.

I know how scary it is when you are coming up to when you suffered your loss, it is a milestone that I couldn't wait to pass in this pg and it was a very anxious time.
I agree with the other girls, I really wouldn't worry about the position of your cervix. I really don't think this is an indication on how your pg is progressing.
If you are really worried I would call your Dr just for peace of mind to get you through to your next scan.
Sending loads of sticky vibes your way!

Thanks so much girls!! I really don't know what I would do without you girls...it's sometimes hard to comment on these things on the grads boards, because lots of them have not experienced a loss...and I know you girls get it!! Thanks so much again, and still stalking all you ladies...can't wait till more of you join me.
