Last month, mine was only 10 days (first cycle after M/C) according to FF.
What does this mean? I've only been charting for 2 months, so I don't know if this has been happening over and over....
Help, ladies!

Since you just started charting and you just had a recent m/c, give it another 2 cycles. You can start taking B6 (100mg) to try and lengthen it. Right after my m/c in April it did that, first month post m/c was only 9days, then 10, then 11 for two months. I started b6 and got it to 12. Has been that way every since, even after my loss in Sept.

IT could be just due to the m/c. Like Lori said, you could supplement with vitamin B6 and see if it lengthens. But if you notice that it stays that way definately tell your dr. and ask him/her to put you on progesterone supplements. I hope everything goes back to normal soon.

I would definitely keep an eye on it! Like the other ladies said...give it a few more cycles...but if it still looks like that, I would bring your charts in to see your doctor. A short luteal phase can mess with implantation.

Thanks ladies. I just was wondering if it had been going on and I didn't know..
The cycle before last was a pregnant cycle, and then before that I wasn't charting. I dunno.. Alright, I'm going to start some b6, can't hurt
