All I can say well that blew......
They didn't see anything big enough that would make her think I would be Ovulation in the next 24-48 hours.. So that means A. I all ready Ovulated. B. I will not ovulate this month.
So when AF shows.. I will call and they will call me in a script for Clomid. I will then go back in for another U/S on CD12
When I asked if I should start the progesterone.. she said no. Since she is not sure if I O'd this month. I took one anyway. All I could think was what if I already O'd???
Would you stay on the Progesterone??? Until 9dpo (I know who knows if I did O... but I did.. If I get a BFP I have always gotten in at 9dpo) If I don't have BFP then.. I will stop... What do you guys think??

Did she think that you may O in a few days?? If you think that you O'd already I would take the progesterone. It can't hurt and like you said, if you get a BFN by 9 or 10 dpo then you can stop. Sending you tons of sticky dust!!!!

Hi Kary,
I wouldn't take the progestrone. It sounds like the doctor is being really proactive and doing a bunch of testing. What was your progestrone levels at the last phase of tests?
It is possible that you already o'ed. We are at the same point in our cycles and I think I o'ed on Saturday.

I am so confused I will test again tonight with an OPK.. but cd11, and cd12 the OPK's was -....... I'm not sure if I am doing the right thing.

If she thought you might of o'd already, then she should of seen some sort of "follie sac" bigger than the others. If you ovulated already, and the follies that she is seeing on the u/s are that small, than the egg you might of released would of been considered under-mature.
If you did not O , then you probably wont o at all with the prometrium supplement.
With both of these situations, IMO, I would not take the supplements. If you think you o'd and are worried about your levels, than I would request a bt on 7dpo to see what your progesterone is. If it is under 5 than you probably did not o at all and if its higher than that, but still under 20, then I would start the prometrium through 12dpo.
Does any of that make sense Kary? Did they draw your bw today to see what your E2 levels are? When I had mine done this cycle, it was on the day the egg released from the sac. They seen the sac on the u/s and confirmed with bw that I did release a mature egg. My E2 level was 240, after the O occured. A mature egg will show an E2 level of 250-300. Once released, the E2 will start to drop, like mine did, just hours after o'ing.
Let me know if you would like me to go into detail about the E2 level.
Good luck honey......

I don't know anything about this so I can't give you any advice, but I just wanted to give you hugs. Sorry the appt. went so crappy. I think the advice the other girls have given you sounds reasonable. If it didn't happen this time then at least you are going to get clomid next month. It does sound like the Dr. is being proactive and that's always a good thing.

Kary, I wouldn't that supplement... Lori sounds very knowledgable and gave you the best advice I think.
Just keep on DTD and see what happens, I thought this cycle was a testing cycle? Maybe I'm a month behind, LOL!?!

Thanks Ladies... I would have betted it all that I have already O'd Since I had a + on CD9 (at night) & CD10 (early in the day) And than it was negative later that night...... I had O pains on CD 11 into CD12, My temps have started to rise and since my cycles are about 26-27 days since my last m/c..... O ing later would not make to much scence. Since my normal cycle is 28 days with me Oing on cd14. having a + opk on CD 11-CD12... (SO I am not to far off from my "norm")
So maybe I have already O'd.... Since that is what the PA said could have happened yesterday or through the night. And that is why she said continue to BD. Which we will..... But I would bet my life... I will not be Ovulating late.

Kary, just make sure you go back from when you thought O'd for a 7dpo blood check. Your progesterone level will tell you one way or the other, no more guessing. They should also check your E2 level at the same time, as those levels should be down and progesterone up. Then you can start the supplements right on 7dpo and that is only 4 days off from when most RE's want you to start it anyway.
