very interesting. It's funny how some dr.s obsess about how much weight you gain and some just don't care. Although it's easier to lose it if you haven't gained much, I believe that as long as you don't overdo the junk, it doesn't matter so much if you gain more than the recommended 25lbs.

Interesting article...and good to know. I'm overweight already and when I was pregnant this summer I gained at least 10lbs in the first 11 weeks...and it was not due to food, because if anything, I ate less because of m/s. I guess it was just my body and the hormones...but it stressed me out because I just knew that I was going to gain way more than 25lbs!
