I've been doing some research online about chemical pregnancies and their chance of re-occurrence.

I'm intrested in hearing some of the opinions on taking some of the suggestions I've read about..

Baby aspirin, to assist in better uterine lining (and if this is the case, then wouldn't fish oil also have the same effect?)

Vitamin B? What does this do?

Natural Progesterone Cream, and you rub it on your belly?

With my first pregnancy I took:

Vitex

and

Wild Yam ...

So I am wondering what (if anything) can be taken from a natural perspective, or anything in general that could improve my overall fertile health?

I take B6, to increase my lp. It used to be 10 days after m/c in April, now its 12 days. I take baby aspirin for better blood flow, less chances of blood clots. Folic acid to increase cell division and over all better health for the new embryo. And a pre-natal supplement to keep your body at ultimum pregnancy state.

Its really hard to "ward" off chemical pregnancy's, unless you have had several in a row and have had further testing to find out why the fertilized egg has not developed/implanted correctly. Chemical pregnancies in most women are just a fluke and are very common. Making a good note of your lp is important, and something you can do on your own. If it is under 10 days, then the chances of a baby attaching correctly are much slimmer.

I had 3 chemicals before being diagnosed with 2 clotting disorders.

I tried baby aspirin, B6, vitex etc.

None of them helped me but after being diagnosed I started progesterone supplements and Lovenox injections and they did the trick.

That said, baby aspirin and B6 can't hurt. I would stay away from the vitex as it really screwed up my cycle. I had also asked my OB about the over the counter progesterone creams and he said they were a waste of money as your body doesn't absorb enough of it to make a difference.

My dr. told me to take baby aspirin to increase the blood flow to the uterus and vitamin E.
