I'm asking because today DH has the day off and it would be the perfect time for me to go and get it done. With the Army, I have to go to the hospital and have a blood test done and it has to come back positive before they will make me an appointment to see a doctor. Is today too early, at 9 DPO and I'm seeing a faint line on the HPT?

Blood tests are more accurate than urine tests so I would think if your getting a faint line on a HPT you should get a positive result from the blood test.

Thanks, ladies! I'm going to have DH call the hospital and make sure that they're doing blood tests today. It's an Army hospital and a lot of people are off because of Vets Day. I don't THINK that they would close the hospital, but better to check before I get all the way down there...
