Hey everyone... I'm still waiting for this process to start...
I have no cramping, no spotting, and still have some pregnancy symptoms, however my Hcg has to be below 15 by now... I'm SOOOO ready to get this process started, I'm concerned that the longer it takes they harder its going to be..
What has been your experience w/ chem. pregnancies? How soon after you received the BFN did the flow start?
What if I don't start at all? How long do I wait before going back to th Dr?
And also, I am A- blood type, should I get an Rh shot?

I still had a positive blood test while I was bleeding. The pregnancy hormone didn't leave me until after I passed everything and the bleeding was totally over. My symptoms left me the day before I started miscarrying though. It's different for everyone. I'm sorry I dont' have answers for you, but that's how it went for me.

Are you going back to your dr. for another bt?? My AF started at about 8ish hcg. If nothing happens by Monday, I would definately go back to your dr. for an u/s and bt at least just to make sure that the dr. wasn't wrong and you are not going to m/c. Miracles do happen!!! HUGS!!!

I'm just upset. I missed the Dr's call twice. I decided to relax and take a bath, and of course the second I do - I miss his call! And I dont have my voice mail setup, so he couldn't leave a message... and I tried to call him back, and no one could find him...

Looking at your last test you took yesterday, I would say your levels are probably under 10. You should start to spot/bleed within the next day or so. If you dont, definitely go back to the dr. and make sure to repeat your bw. I think it took Kary here, over a month for her levels to hit O. Sometimes it just takes longer for some people.

Yes!
I am A- as well and had to have the RH shot after my m/c. I was 7 weeks along but feel certain that the baby probably stopped developing sooner. I never even got the 1st symptom and I didn't feel pregnant. It was nothing like my 2 other pregnancies.
Probably what you will first notice is mild cramping. Mine was like mild contractions while I was spotting (this lasted several days) and progressively got worse when I started bleeding. It was like a heavy period and then the cramps were very painful. Once the clots passes, the cramps gradually went away. I don't want to scare you or anything and some people may have a higher pain tolerance than I do, but I wish I had been more prepared so that I could have had some pain medicine to take. I never went to the hospital, but I did go to the doctor the following day (had m/c on Sunday).
I will keep you in my prayers.

Having had 3 losses previously and going through my 4th loss now I can tell you some of my experience. Since you are so early on you will likely not pass much in the way of tissue. I know with my last loss my bleeding was less than a normal period, not more. It lasted longer, but it was pretty light and I was sure there should be more, but there wasn't. I was shocked when I O'd not too long after the bleeding stopped. It took me a while though to start bleeding so it might not happen as fast as you feel like it should. Definitely follow up to make sure your numbers are dropping. Mine initially went up, but really, really slowly before they finally started to drop.

First of all, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage last cycle. I tested negative on a Tuesday for the first time, went to the doctor's office the next day, my BT was negative, my HCG was I think 0.5, but I actually didn't start bleeding for 8 days. I just double checked all that on my FF chart. I had been in touch with my doctor and he had said if I didn't start bleeding after 2 weeks that he would give me something to induce the bleeding. The wait was awful, I can understand what you're going through! If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask or PM me!
