I KNOW I'm impatient.. but I tested today (I'm only spotting now) a week since the D&C and got a very strong positive. How soon should I be getting a BFN? It showed up straight away as clear as anything, and although I don't expect miracles I thought my levels would be dropping by now....

I tested 11 days after my d&c and got a negative hpt. But I didn't test before that, so I'm not sure when it really dropped. The problem is that everyone's different. I don't think that it is abnormal to have + tests for a few weeks...beyond that, I would talk to your Dr.

I never tested after my D/C... (Didn't know at that time I should have). BUt after my natural m/c in Sept.. It took 4 weeks (after I bleed for 2 days.. I kew it wasn't enough) Than +'s HPT's untill AF came 4 weeks later.
