My 2 year old is having her tonsils removed tomorrow, so I won't be around for a few days. Please keep her in your thoughts that her surgery goes well and she recovers quickly.

UPDATED Nov.21:
We just got back this morning. She did really well. We had some crying and she's a bit stubborn about drinking from a cup, but she's eating freezies and popsicles and jello. The night was horrible. Also becuause I'm so out of it and have no energy. Now that she's home she's eaten some rice and meatloaf and a banana. Drinking from a cup is still a no go, but I'm sure she'll do better everyday. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Mommy to 4 Children - 3 boys ages 20, 19 and 16 & baby Scarlett
After 2.5 years TTC with 4 losses our Family is now complete.

Scarlett Muriel Born 11/18/2011 7lbs 10oz 21 inches long

Lots of popcicles and ice cream, yummmmmmmm. My neice was 2.5yrs when she had hers out. Flew through with flying colors, the younger they are the better for healing. Thinking of her and you........

Hi Trish, I hope all went well. My sister had her's out when she was little and I remember that she wouldn't share any of the icecream with me!
