I have always took my temp underarm, is this useless for charting?

I don't think it would make a differance as long as you continue to take it under the arm.. same way, after at least 4 hours sleep... You temps will be lower, but you should be able to see your thermal shift.

I would worry about its accuracy. Is it possible for you to take your temp via your mouth?

I always thought it was mouth of vaginal but I am not that familiar with any of it. Does Fertility Friend talk about it at all?

this is just one Article I found.. We use Axillary (under the arm) temps in the Hospital all the time. If the Pt can not keep the thermometer under their tongue. It will be a lower temp. But it should show your thermal shift to show ovulation. Good Luck!!!

I personally would temp either via mouth or vaginally... not sure what that article says, but from what I've always heard and understood about charting is that it's best to via mouth or vaginally IDK that's up to you tho
