Hi, my name is Ann. I have been reading for awhile but have held off posting until today. My hcg levels are finally back to 0 and yesterday was the first day since my loss began 7 weeks again without any bleeding. Today is looking good too!

I am thinking that my bleeding from the miscarriage took the whole length of a normal cycle for me (almost 5 weeks) and was immediately followed with my next period without any break. Is that possible? Two weeks ago my bleeding suddenly picked up a lot with lots of cramping, so I'm hoping that's what happened. That was about 4 days and then it tapered off for about another week. If it is, then we right around time to try again this cycle. I take and write down my temps casually but I didn't chart since I told myself I would wait until the level was down.

Thanks!
Ann

Ann, I am so sorry for your loss but, like the others said, very glad you found us! I don't know about the bleeding really either- might was just like a long and heavy period, with a few days after of spotting. Maybe try using OPK's to see if you can figure out when you're going to O again? I know some women take a few cycles to O after a loss so using OPK's might help! I hope your stay here is short and sweet!

Hi Anne, sorry for your loss.

I just bled for about 5 weeks also because of an ectopic, i noticed the last week to 1.5 weeks it was a little heavier, and more clots, but nothing like AF type bleeding.
