Hi 
I'm Lindsey and well, I am actually wttal but I thought this is the place to be! I just had an ectopic prengnacy at the end of October, after 2 m/c's cause by a clotting disorder. I had to have a shot of methotrexate for the ectopic and after what seems like forever, I am now waiting for my first period after that. My peri said he wanted me to wait 6 months before ttc again because of the 3 losses in such a short time (9 months) but my OB okay'd me to try after 3 months. So, I'll be hanging around here for a while it looks like. Hopefully I'll be able to start ttc at the end of March depending if my periods want to be regular after this loss or not!

Hi Lindey Welcome to the board.. I am so sorry for your loss, but glad you found us... I also have a clotting Mutation. MTHFR. I hope you jump right in and Join us! This is a great group of ladies! I hope your stay here is short after March! And April brings you BFP!!!!

I'm also a MTHFR'er. I am hoping next time around brings better luck. Finally got my peri to okay me for Lovenox so I am hoping for a different outcome, although he won't start me for 6 weeks and I've never made it that far with my previous m/c. Are you also going to take Lovenox?

I have seen a Hematologist who said he will follow me if my OB OK's it. Right now.. I am on a Baby Aspirin, 4 mg of Folic acid, and extra B12 sublingual. I am the lesser of the 2 MTHFR mutations. I have the A1298C Homozygous. So if and when I get my BFP.. I will be asking if it is a good idea to do the Lovenox. But untill that time I will stay on the Regime of the above...

I am very sorry for your losses, but you have found the right group of ladies! I am also in TTC limbo (no period since d&c on 9/2), but I still hang out here and find a lot of comfort and advice with these ladies.
