I took this OPK this morning at 10am with SMU, it's the darkest i've gotten.

I have not used opk's a whole whole lot, but from my experience they get darker and darker until the control line is as dark as the test. This look good though, I'd be willing to bet you get a darker tomorrow.

I've been taking them since CD 8 and i'm now on CD 21 (I think) and this is a heck of alot darker than i've gotten...I'm going to test again this afternoon.

From my experience with IC OPK's that looks positive to me (or at least for me).

This cycle when I got my smiley digital OPK and the clearblue line test and answer line tests were positive that is what the IC looked like.

From what I've read and what I've personally gotten, that test line will be as dark or DARKER than the control line... by all means stay busy BD'ing, but that's not positive but it WILL BE SOON!

I test with my OPK's at least twice a day when I'm getting real close to O time and as they get darker... usually around 2pm because that's when the surge will start to show, and again around 8pm.

Your body starts to surge in the morning, but it will NOT show up until the afternoon... it's not like hcg and hpt's where it's best to use fmu.

If I were you I'd test again now that it's later afternoon and see what you get! It might be positive now!

Sounds like you timed the BD'ing great! I would BD the day after tomorrow just in case....

Also, if you have any tests left, can you test again today and tomorrow and see what the OPK's look like? I have never had much luck with the IC's and curious what they look like for others.

That's darker than I've ever gotten with an IC. When I start to see a hint of a second line, I also start using digital tests. With a result like that one, I'm sure that you would get a definite + on a digital. Keep BD'ing!!!

I got positive OPK's from the IC tests last time I was TTC...I'm actually going to test in about another hour (2pm)....It's so hard to wait, I want to test now...I am having alot of pains, not cramping but sharp pains in my lower abdomen, so i'm hoping that's a good sign!...So we BD this morning, and it was the first time in a few days...Should we BD again tonight? if we don't do it tonight we won't be able to do it again till tomorrow night because DH works and he gets up at like 3am...I really don't want to miss anything.

I would BD tonight, tomorrow and the next day.... I use IC.. and up untill about 4 cycles ago.. that is hte darkest I got.. Than I got a real + and the test line was darker than the control... And yesterday.. I got the darkest I have EVER GOTTEN on an IC.. maybe it was because the Clomid.. but I would test again later today.. and even tonight if you have enough.. I think you will see it get even darker. Good Luck.. go catch that egg!!!

Well I took another test at 2pm and it was much lighter...I then just took another one at 7pm and it was darker than the 2pm test, but lighter than the 10am test...I'm still having some abdominal pain, and I seem to have EWCM which I haven't had at all this cycle....The abdominal pain and the spotting I had a few days ago are just throwing me for a loop...If i'm just now ovulating on CD 21 or tomorrow on day 22, what was the spotting? and the pain has been consistant all day, and when i've had ovulation pains in the past it didn't last this long...I'm going to BD tonight anyway just in case.

I get side pains days before I ovulate... so maybe it was just your body gearing up!! either way I hope you catch the egg!!!! And get your BFP!!
