I need help with my chat...I want to get on and chat tonight, but when I click on the chat room a screen comes up and says "this chat room uses addon" and also it says "this chat room uses java click here to download" or something to that effect. So I clicked on both and downloaded them both, yet I still cant get into the chat room.. Do I need to disable something on my computer? Someone please help!!

Look at the bottom of your toolbar, when you try to log into chat does it say click here for add on or java or something like that?

Jess, you might need to restart your system to get it to finish installing

I'm also having problems, although it could be "user error". Whenever I try to log on to chat, it keeps telling me invalid user name or password. Have tried logging in and back on, restarting Safari, nothing works. Do I have to use internet explorer for this to work? I'm a BRAND NEW member, as in been a member all of about 20 minutes. Darn darn darn!!!

I also got the "invalid user name or password" message. I don't see any pop-ups or messages that I need to downloud anything. Oh well- maybe I'll try again next week.
