It has been almost 8 months for me and my body has changed so much. from 2dpo on I have sore bb's, cramping and nausea. I never felt this way in my life and never had cramping before (unless I was pregnant). For the first few cycles I thought the feelings were all in my head, now I realize my body has just changed. I kept a journal of my body symptoms and looking back on them each month kind of helps me not get my hopes up.
Here is one of my "journals". Maybe you can keep a record yourself to at least gauge your body changes.
1dpo 9/20/09 (Sunday) – Nothing
2dpo 9/21/09 (Monday) – Mild cramping in my pelvic area all day, sore BB’s
3dpo 9/22/09 (Tuesday) – Stronger cramping in my pelvic area all day, tingly BB’s – tested bfn (like duh!)
4dpo 9/23/09 (Wednesday) – Cramping the same as Tuesday, felt nauseous all day, funny silvery taste in my mouth, so tired almost fell asleep at my desk around 2pm, came home around 6pm and just laid on the couch and surfed the internet had no energy at all.
5dpo 9/24/09 (Thursday) – lighter cramping in my pelvic area, a twingy feeling for about 15 minutes near my right ovary, bb’s not sore and feel normal, same silvery taste in my mouth but don’t feel nauseous at all, urinated 4 times between 6:30am – noon. I feel pressure like I have to pee all the time. I am really irritable tonight, like downright mad and angry for no reason.
6dpo 9/25/09 (Friday) – HELLO BB’s! They are bigger and tingly. Oh, If I am not pregnant can I please keep the BB’s? Tested this am BFN (yup, I am silly). Slight silvery taste in my mouth. I feel bloated, but not crampy like I have been. I am thinking that this is the beginning of AF symptoms. Super light cramping in the afternoon, I feel a lot of pressure in my pelvic area. My bb’s are not tingly anymore. 3pm - If I get up and walk around I feel like I am going to be sick. I have been sitting most of the day working on a project for work.
7dpo 9/26/09 (Saturday) BB’s seem smaller booo… but the tingly feeling is back. I have felt nauseous several times today, to the point where I really feel like I am going to be sick. No cramping and not urinating hardly at all today. I mentally “feel” more pregnant than the past few days but have fewer symptoms today. I read in a post on JM that sore BB’s can also be due to a prolactin increase. So if I don’t end up pregnant, I need to look into that further.
8dpo 9/27/09 (Sunday) woke up and BFN with FRER. My bb’s are smaller but still tingly all over and sore on the outer edges, I feel sick to my stomach but I am thinking that I felt this way last month too. I am not as bloated as yesterday and think that maybe this is all in my head and I feel this way every month but have not tracked it this way to have a reference point. I am not cramping at all.
9dpo 9/28/09 (Monday) Tested BFN with FRER. Tingly bb’s and feel a little sick. Yucky AF like cramping and started to feel the beginnings of a migraine headache. These are all signs AF is on her way. Onto next month! Early afternoon, BB’s still tingly more on the inside part of bb’s, nipples sore to the touch. Worse AF like cramping. Just hurry up and get here now please!

That's a good idea. I loved the part about if I am not pg can I please keep the BBs! Too funny, but true.

Kelsue... YES! For me after my D/C for about the 5 cycles.. I was in PAIN... throughout my cycle..... And after my last loss.... symptoms of AF... are even more like pregnancy symptoms... I have never had sore bbs.. UNLESS I was preggers.. now it is common after Ovulation.. Cramping/stretching... So much stronger since my m/c... (And with each loss.. it feels stronger) I have also tried keeping a journal... (haven't been too good this cycle, since clomid, progesterone..don't want normal side effects to be more than just that)... HUGS

Kary, it sounds very similar to me. I think that is what is so frustrating, before the m/c, I never had sore BBs, nausea, etc. unless I was pg. Now, it happens every cycle and makes me think I am pg when really, not so much. Glad to hear I am not alone, but sorry you have to go through the emotional letdowns like I do.

All of mine have.. Nothing is the same. I can't use sore boobs, head aches, lethargy, and others as pregnancy symptoms as they have become part of my cycle and I hate that.

Mine have been so confusing too. I think all of us ladies need to get together and write a book.

I'm so glad that I'm not just going crazy! I have had the same thing: sore BBs, nausea, cramping, etc since the m/c and I keep thinking "Ok, I MUST be pregnant". Of course, I'm not. I never had any of that after my kids were born. And the cramping with AF is absolutely horrendous! I never had a problem before. I'm hoping it will ease after a couple cycles, if I don't get pg first.

If AF hadn't arrived, I think I'd be convinced I was PG!! The cramping and CM has been phenominal!!! I've NEVER had that before!
