This is my first proper cycle since my MC, and I'm just wondering at what point do you start testing? I *think* I ovulate on CD14, should I start testing on CD10? Sooner? Later? If I got a +OPK on say... day 12, does that mean I'd be O'ing on (approx) CD14? Ah, confused!!

Hi! What I do is look at Fertility Friend, b/c it gives an estimate of when your fertile days might be. I start testing a few days before they say to and usually get a positive right around the time they say I would. I am a pretty regular CD 14 or 15 O'er, and I think they base their charting around that time frame. If you are more irregular (late or early O'er), you may want to just use the bodily cues you get instead like temping, CM changes or O pain. When I get O pain, I usually get a positive that day so I don't even need the OPKs to tell me what is going on sometimes.

Thanks Kary, that link helped answer some of my questions, too. This whole thing is so confusing.
