The house...we have to have the whole basement ripped up from the flood. 500 deductible, so that's not too bad.

We needed a new sump pump. Another 700. Still doing okay.

The WHOLE SEWAGE SYSTEM in my yard is SERIOUSLY messed up...so bad that it's going to cost about 12,000 to fix...I have to have it done...they are also ripping out our gorgeous deck with a gazebo to dig up my yard...and I can't afford to get it put back up.

So this wonderful house I just bought on MONDAY no longer has a great yard and a great basement.

I don't want to move anymore. If I could walk away and stay in my piece of crap house...you better believe I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I need now is a few more miscarriages...why not just have everything go absolutely awful at once????? Seriously, I'm afraid one of the kids are going to die. In the last three weeks I lost a baby and 30,000 AND I gained an overpriced falling apart house that I can't give back!

Did you have an inspection done as part of your purchase? If so, you might try going back to the inspector - they may be liable for the sewage system repairs.

wow, I am so sorry you are going through all this, what a sucky thing. I agree, maybe the inspector will be liable for some of it? Gosh, that totally sucks
