OK here is the deal.. I always temp at 9 am.. Well this morning I woke up at 7:30am cause I had to pee, and I knew I wouldn't get 2 to 3 hours solid sleep before my alarm went off to temp.. So I went ahead temped then.. It was 97.9.. I went pee went back to bed and woke up at 10:30 am decided to temp again and it was 98.2.. Which temp should I use.. I got my LH surge yesterday and a neg OPK this morning... I have never done this temping thing so any advice would be helpful..Thanks

I would use the one at 730.... even though you got 3 hours.... @ 1030... or you could put in the 1030 and hit sleep deprived.....

I'd use the first one. And then look at the big picture afterwards. Do you think you were around ovulation today? If not, it doesn't really matter.

I'd of used the 7:30am temp, I've had to do that too before... if there was a chance I forgot to temp before I got out of bed to pee or do something, like Kary said I'd hit sleep deprived too.
