Saw the Dr today. She said things look good. My cervix is closing/closed like it should be. She said they looked at the tissue from my D&C, but really didn't say what happened. Sounds like it was just an early loss. It stopped growing before my first apt which was 7w1d (which explained why it measured about 5w).

She said we can start TTC after my first period. That could happen anytime 4-6 weeks after the surgery.

Although she said we could start trying after that first AF, we have already started...NTNP? We've started enjoying each other without worrying about anything else... As much as I really hope for AF to show up soon. I also really hope it doesn't show at all! - maybe i'll catch an egg!

Sounds like a really good appt! I am so happy for you that you have gotten the green light to TTC again! I hope AF is a no show for you for 9 months...

Jennifer your appointment sounds like it was overall good and that you're healing the way they like to see post-op. Good luck this month on catching the egg, who knows, I've been told by the perinatologist women are more fertile several months afterwards...
