IT WASN'T MY NEW HOUSE.

But almost.

It was our new neighbors behind us. We were coming home from our kids new school (meet the teachers, etc) and surrounding our house was 4 fire trucks, a few cop cars, and an ambulance.

I started dropping f bombs right and left...

But as we got closer we saw it was the neighbors house on fire. Their house is nicer than ours...or was.

I met a bunch of neighbors and apologized for moving in and ruining the neighborhood.

I couldn't leave my house once I got there because more cops came and blocked us in. So the kids nissed dance. Everyone I know is totally laughing at me. Keith told the other neighbors "We had a flood, they had a fire...I hope you have lightning insurance!!!"

We are moving on Saturday. I hope to have internet access by Saturday night, so I only have to go 24 hours without being online LOL!

I am 11 DPO and have no reason to test except for that JesSsica is pregnant (and we always get pregnant and married and have miscarriages together) but I have had ABSOLUTELY NO LUCK in the last two months, why would anything good happen now? I wouldn't even put a quarter in a slot machine at this point.

The good news...well, gooder...it looks like we can get other people to pay most of this damage...so we are only out a few thousand. Which will suck but not as bad as over 10,000!!!

I need 2010 =)

LOL!! Angela, I'm not laughing at you, but with you. You really seem to be having an interesting past few weeks/months. 2010 is just around the corner, so it'll get better!!!

I'm so glad it wasn't your house. What a mess! Wait to test until you feel like you should. There may come a day when our parallel lives move in different directions... but I doubt it. LOL
