ME!! and DH!!

Sorry to be so obvious about our business, but I'm just a bit excited! I had my first +OPK since I started temping, charting, and testing! Granted, the test line was lighter than the control, but it's better than no line at all! At least SOMETHING happened. Even if I already O'd and it's the left over hormones after the surge, I'll take it!

As many of you may know, I had a D&C on Dec 4th. I've been waiting for my body to start showing me the signs that my body was going back to normal! DH and I have DTD several times since then, but I had no idea where I was in my cycle. I hadn't noticed true signs of ovulation (not that I knew them from personal experience!) and I was starting to get impatient with waiting for AF to arrive. The OB said that it could be 4-8 weeks before I had my first period. I was hoping I'd be a 4 week-er. Maybe I'll be a 6 week-er (or none!!). Sure, the OB said for me to wait until AFTER my first period to start trying again...but I can't promise that.

Anyway, I'm just excited that I now KNOW something is going on and I'm not just stuck in cycle limbo anymore! (I hope).

DH will be happy that he's getting some, but he'll be sad that I'm using him for his "goods". He'll get over it.

I hear ya =) Now I have been testing since CD 6 and I get lines every day but nothing darker than the control line...I know I'm going to O in the next few days...my CM is getting much better...so let's do it! We can try and be due date buddies =)

YAY! Get to BD'ing!!! And I know what you mean. I was so anxious for my body to get back to normal after my D&C. Good luck this month hun!

I'm glad I could make some of you laugh!

I took another OPK test when I got home today. It was not very clear. I *might* have seen a + line, but it could have been my eyes. My urine wasn't as concentrated as FMU is, that's for sure. We'll see!

We BDed anyway. Only time will tell if it worked!

So, I got me some today.

I took another OPK this morning. I think it was negative within the first 5 minutes. After that, it shows up - just like the one last night and even yesterday morning! (though yesterday morning the line was darker...but it could have been after the 1st 5 minutes). What's the rules about OPKs?

Also, my chart - the dips - does that mean I'm about to Ovulate? Does that mean I'm about to start my period? Can it mean either and time will only tell? What the heck is going on with me? It's soooo confusing. I have NOT added either the positive or negative OPKs from yesterday/today. I thought I'd leave those out, for now. My CM isn't very good.. it seems to always be sticky to creamy? Really, it's whitish and lumpy most of the time. What does THAT mean???

I don't know but we have the same signs. For better CM, ask your general practitioner for 500 msg for amoxicillin three times a day around the time you ovulate. My CM wasn't EWCM this month or when I got pregnant...but it obviously worked that one time =)

I know NOTHING about OPKs and I hope people here can enlighten us!!!

KAry - I love ya!! Thanks for posting that site! Obviously, I never seen/heard of it. I just spent the last hour looking just at the OPK stuff! It really is a great site, and the author has a great sense of humor.
