We BD every other day until I get a + OPK. Then we try to BD again that day (if we haven't already) and usually the next day.

First we tried every other day then went to every day and got a BFP that cycle, this time we are doing every other day for now.

I swear by every other day. All 3 of my BFPs were cycles where we BD'd every other day. The other 8 cycles were daily and all BFNs!

When we were trying early last year, it was every day. I got pregnant in May after 3 months of trying. That ended in m/c (trisomy 22). Now, we're NTNP, actually it's been put on hold for a couple of weeks, but I think we will be trying the every other day method.
