Actually I just put that so I won't offend anyone...I highly doubt it's a pregnancy...but I'm here to seek opinions. I'm not getting excited yet...just gotta question.

Oh Great One Who Tests No Earlier Than Her Ninth Month got sucked into all of the peestick fun.

Yesterday at 8 DPO I tested, after lunchtime (afternoon, actually, I got a late start) and it was a total and complete negative. No question whatsoever.

So I start thinking about what a fruitcup I am...and that I won't test again until next Saturday. DH will be working, kids will be at their dad's...because you have to CONCENTRATE with this stuff, right? I work M-F and have no time to pee and obsess when I have to get two kids to school and get to work (in the fun snow).

But today I was watching TV, DH was sleeping, kids were in the basement playing...it was SMU but I thought what the heck. They are there. And if it comes out negative again I'll be more inclined to drink the wine in the fridge (I was going to throw it out).

So I POAS...and there is the faintest (I mean I think I might even be imagining it, which is why I'm here to check my sanity) line and it's not even a color...it could be a little pinky, but it more looks like a shadow...which is nothing, right? I read somewhere something about a shadow and it being an error or something (now wish I had paid more attention) or an evap line...but I used the dollar tree test and I think I heard they DIDN'T have evap lines??? I wish I paid more attention to everything when I read. But you never know when you'll need this info again, right? I can't memorize 28 days a month worth of TTC stuff =)

I might just be made to wait until tomorrow, or the next day, I might just have to test again and again until I know for sure...or maybe tomorrow I will see nothing and you know what? THAT IS STILL ONLY 10 DPO AND STILL EARLY!

Will not be having that wine today...just to be safe.

But I was experimenting, and I realized that, with the OPKs, YOU SEE A LINE BEFORE YOU PEE! So I was thinking it was probably like that if you look REALLY hard you probably see the same on an HPT. But you don't. There is absolutely NO semblance of a line on an unpeepee HPT.

I took pictures but I haven't looked for my cord to post pics...I've been meaning to since we moved and I haven't. I'm partially afraid I have lost the cord, which will take me like a month to get a new one...which makes me mad. I should be more careful! I would love to post the pics and get your opinions.

I am not breathing a WORD to anyone IRL or even DH until I know for sure, and, even then, I don't know what I'd do. I'm asking you girls because somewhere, one of you has probably experienced this.

I have no symptoms, but I never do. I had some cramping last night but I do have ovarian cysts, so it always could be that. I get that sometimes, pregnant or not.

So no real reason to think I'm pregnant.

I'll try to get pics up later. But just by what I said...tell me about these shadow lines, etc.

I think over on the AIP board they have pics of tests with evaps if you get bored and want to look over at them. Hell I'd be doing the same thing as you. My sanity level has really gone crazy and its really bugging DH. I actually thought about this morning going to Target and buying an HPT maybe not using it today but I just have the itch to buy.

LOL if you buy on it, you will pee.

I already sent DH out to get more tests. I don't want to test with another dollar tree one. I didn't tell him I tested, I just asked for some and he said okay and didn't ask any questions. I was surprised because he wants me to test when the kid is in his second year of college and not one minute before.

If I take it today it'll be negative anyway, it's too early!

If I peed and had nothing I'd be like fine, I'll pee again tomorrow. I peed and saw something, and yeah, I'll test again tomorrow...

Really there is no difference in what we do...we just stress more if we think there is a reason.

Seriously, if I'm pregnant, then I'll still be that way in the morning.

This is when we SHOULD drink =)

I totally lost my cord to the camera. I looked everywhere. It is SO gone. I can't believe I wasn't more careful with it when I moved!

I have been looking at pics online...and I'm seeing pics that people were pg and they look like mine. So there is hope (which is fine for me at this point) I'm not getting excited, I just want to know...no actually I don't...the Charlie Bucket theory...i just want to do something other than clean the house LOL =)

If I pee again and it's - I'm still going to pee in the morning again! And if it's positive, I'm still going to pee again in the morning!

And if I do nothing...I will still pee again in the morning.

LOL if this isn't the cycle MAN I am going to go back to my old ways and try not to POAS till I'm like 800 DPO.

It is kind of fun though =)

On the new FRER you can see the line before you pee on it, at least I noticed it on one of them. I saw it on one and didnt' on the other 2. I also got a faint line on the last one I took but it was soooo faint I couldn't tell if there was any color on it or not. I guess there wasn't any color because I got af. I don't know much about the dollar store ones, but I have gotten evaps on those after they dried before. I'm really going to try to wait until af is late before I test again. My excuse this time is that since this the first cycle since my loss I had no idea when AF was due...But testing early makes us crazy, why do we put ourselves through it, lol!

I really hope you get your BPF!!!!
