I lost my baby at 5 weeks and passed everything natural. I started spotting on the 20th of Dec. and bleed on the 21rst. I started doing opks around day 15 but havent got any darker than the control. I have had some that have a line that is partially as dark as the control but not darker and its a thin strip of the dark. I normally have really super duper dark opks when I o. I generally o around cd 18 or 19 but I am like on day 21 if you count from the first day I bleed. We started bding around Christmas because I wasnt bleeding anymore. My cp was really high and I couldnt reach it for a long time but now its high but hard. Do you think I just havent oed yet? How long did it take you to o after your miscarriage?

As fo Oing... you can O anytime your levels hit 0... most ladies.. Ovulate 14 days after thier levels hit zero... I however.. after this last loss didn't ovulate the month after (confirmed by u/s)... and after my second loss it took 7 months to concieve again..... so I don't know if I did ovulate.. or not...during those 6 months... The whole confusing thing is.. you may or might Ovulate... Every body is different. I know it is frustrating... But sometimes it takes your body a little longer to get back to normal... and even if you have a + opk... you can still not ovulate... meaning you will have your surge.. but your body will not release an egg.

I didn't until 24 days after a natural m/c. But like Kary said, it can be different for everyone and even for each m/c. I hope you can get your normal cycle back soon. The not knowing and waiting only adds to the confusion (((HUGS)))

Yes, use your opk's. I had a loss at 5 weeks. If I count from the day it started, my period came back 37 days later. I tried to see when I ovulated based on cm and I never quite saw anything obvious. But I would guess I ovulated a little bit later.

With my loss 10 years ago, I have no clue but my cycle was goofed up afterwards.

1st loss over the summer right away after our loss and got pg right away.

2nd loss, it was CD 22-23ish I believe
