This is going to be quick, I went potty a second time this am and wiped there it was... Pink stuff. I haven't wanted to have sex at all and then last night we did; it hurt to be honest. Also had a nightmare about bleeding, was telling dh and after that I went to use the bathroom that's when I found it.
Ya I know it could be from sex, but that dream wasn't very settling. My appt is tomorrow, but I'm calling today to see if they can check me out. I'll update later.
~~~~updated~~~~~~
So I got into the dr's today and saw the nurse practitioner. She did an u/s, said where I was at that we may not be able to see a single thing at that point. The u/s was a regular wand one not trans vag but she did see a small gestational sac even tho it was just thru my belly. She kept checking and saw no abnormalities or bleeds in there. Told me to "lay off the sexx will ya?" take it easy at least that it is more than likely from that reguardless of how gentle it was, that is a big cause.
No bloodwork, I was not in my right space when I was in there but she told me to call here with anything tomorrow if I can remember. Wanted me in next week for another u/s, trans vag to check little bean out, get an EDD & hopefully see a little flickering heartbeat. Right after I have an appointment where they're going to do all sorts of bloodwork.
Thank you!
Augie I hope we hear an update from you soon and that it's positive!!
Have an appointment at 3:15pm
It's the same color as the spotting from the 1st pregnancy I lost over the summer. I felt my cervix it feels slightly open. I'm not prepared to deal with a loss, I've been thru too much in the last 2 years.... just cannot deal with 3 losses in 6 months.
Hang in there Celena, your betas are very promising, and dtd can definitely cause this. Heck I spotted once on 13dpo, once on 20dpo, and one more time on 24dpo, and once more last week before hearing the heart beat (from a strained bm), and it was a bit of red mixed in with cm. And I have yet to the dtd once this pregnancy! I never would of thought that I could spot and have a healthy pregnancy, but here Iam, just hang in there, Im saying prayers for you.
Celena, I'm spotting too. I just keep trying to remind myself that with Gwen I pretty much had period like flow at 4w and I didn't lose her til 11. While scared, I'm trying to remain hopeful.
Please update us. I'm praying for you. Has your doc given you anything to ensure a full-term pregnancy this time?
Thanks, Kary. I just called the OB and left a message. I want my progesterone checked and would rather not wait 9 days.
Thanks ladies, Augie I hope we're both against the odds and it's just fine.
I'm going to ask for more than just hCG and see what the dr thinks about progesterone. Hopefully I'm not a wuss outter
Both of you should have your progesterone checked with multiple losses......Dont let them tell you otherwise! Ive been on a supplement since 3dpo, and all has been fine with my levels, I get them checked weekly. To make you feel better, the spotting was definitley from an irrated cervix, as my progesterone levels were always above 40.....but we stopped the baby aspirn, as this may be the cause why the cervix is so sensitive.....my last prog. level came back at 70 but I think thats because my dr. increased my supplement before the heart beat was detected, after the last spotting I had. Since he upped it and I stopped the aspirin, I have not had any more........
I'm SO glad you went!!! And they saw the sac. I have a feeling it was just DTD. What do I know, but it makes sense. Have you had any more spotting since that first time? If it stopped, that's probably all it was. Will be praying for a great u/s when you go next time! Thanks for the update, I have been checking back since 4pm to make sure you were ok. HUGS!!
