They are ALL so different!! Some symptoms like missed AF and lots of peeing for me are always there, but everything else can be so different!! Ive had 4 live children, and about 6 m/c's over my lifetime, and all of them were different!

Most of mine were the same early on. I have had 4 pregnancies and they all started very similarly. Waking up super early STARVING, sense of smell and dreams were some of my early tiggers in all 4 cases.

I think it's different for everyone. Some women experience the same symptoms for all of their pregnancies, while other women experience different symptoms for all of their pregnancies. It depends on the person.

Mine were all pretty much the same... super tired! and AF type cramping, except with this pregnancy.

My symptoms are pretty much the same and then I'll usually have something new pop up. I don't have awful morning sickness but I did have more with the girls than with my boys. And I gained more weight and sooner with the girls.

My first: missed AF, sore nipples, some cramping then at 6 weeks, mild morning sickness until 6 months, then felt great, forgetfulness.
My second which ended in m/c: vivid dreams leading up to + test, missed AF, sore nipples, twingy pulling feelings, no morning sickness at all
My current pregnancy: vivid dreams 8-10dpo, night sweats 8-10 dpo, sore nipples, twingy feelings in uterus around 8-9 dpo, cramping, now at 5 weeks, major morning nausea and fatigue, forgetfulness!
