I have never dealt with it, but I hope you find someone who has. My BF had one when she was 21, but she wasn't trying and was OK with NTTC for a year.
From what I have read, the baby gets 3 sets of chromosomes - usually two from the father (with 2 sperm fertilizing the egg) and one from the mother. It is fairly rare and having one doesn't make you more likely to have another.
