Isn't that the million dollar question. Some of these shooting pains I probably would have noticed before I started trying, but most of them probably not. I never did get an ache. Before I started the bcp, I didn't have any pain in my uterus until AF arrived. It was the same while I was on the bcp. I don't remember cramps like this during any other cycle after the miscarriage either. I am getting mild AF type cramps right now, but no AF. Obgyn this wed. I'll know then what's going on. Everyone is trying to tell me it's just stress. I've been more stressed out than this and still got regular cycles. I hope I'm gonna be one of those people who is pregnant but just not testing positive on anything. It's hard not to get my hopes up despite all the disappointments in the past ya know.
