I got off the pill in Oct, got my BFP in Nov. I'm hoping that things go as quickly again, but I'm realistic that chances are it will not. I would start getting disappointed to see AF after the 3rd or 4th cycle of trying I would guess. This month will mark cycle 1, so we shall see!

i was TTC on and off for about 7 months. we got our BFP the second month we charted.

honestly - i am trying not to have any expectations. i dont want to assume i will get pregnant quickly cause i dont want the disappointment if it doesnt happen relatively soon.....and if i do get pregnant.... i expect to be a nervous wreck LOL~

How long were you ttc before you got pregnant??

DH and I were never really trying. I had been off bc for about 4 years when I did get pregnant. We didn't use condoms. We just always watched the calender. No I didn't temp or use opk's. We would just pull out when it got closer to the time we thought I would O. Then in Sept. he didn't pull out. Right away I was like uh oh I haven't paid attention to the calendar. That was day 13 and on day 14 we dtd on purpose. LOL So not sure if you want to say we were trying or how many cycles it took us. I guess maybe 1 cycle.

What are your expectations this time around??
As far as trying to get pregnant we have to wait for 3 months so not really sure how long we can expect to try before we get a bfp.
When I do get pg. I expect to get more tests done. I am going to see if I can get more bw, u/s, appts. etc. I know I will be worried as heck. That is about all I can expect at this point.

We were actually surprised we got pregnant when we did. We weren't trying but we weren't preventing so I guess we weren't totally surprised.

Currently we are once again not trying (with charts or opk's) but we also are not preventing. If we don' conceive in a few months we'll chart (and think we'll try for pink).

I guess I expect the usual...many md appointments, a lot of scares, and now the added anxiety that I'll go through a loss again.

It was my first PP cycle. We originally were not going to "try" but we would not prevent. However I wanted to use OPK's to try to start tracking my cycles. Well...we saw that POS OPK and we both just HAD to try! LOL.

It worked. But we miscarried just short of 5 weeks naturally. That was almost 4 weeks ago.

When we get pregnant again I know I will be freaked out. BUT I was freaked out a little at first when pregnant with my daughter also. Basically those first few weeks waiting for an u/s was an ETERNITY!!! Ugh. NOT looking forward to THAT again!

My husband and I were not TTC, but we were not preventing it either. I was off BCP in September and got my BFP in November.

My expectations are very low at this point. Aside from taking pre-natal vitamins, I haven't been taking care of myself and eating healthily. I've also started using OPT which is an added stress factor. Prior to m/c, I was so relaxed about getting pregnant... The m/c was a wake up call for me that sustaining a pregnancy is not easy!
