it has been a week since all bleeding has stopped and my hpts are still very very faintly positive. i assume that means i have at least 25 mlu's of hcg in my system.....

my doc has ordered no blood work. should i be worried that these tests are still positive, no matter how faint?

From what I have read your numbers can stay up for a while after a m/c. I wouldn't worry yet. Maybe you could call your OB for some reassurance too... and maybe if they see you are nervous, you can get some blood work

after talking to my ob today, sometimes it takes a while for the HCG to get out of your system therefore resulting in still having positive pregnancy tests unfortuantly!!

This cycle will probably be allot longer than normal cycles for you until the hCG is out of your body. Then again it might not be... so hang in there lady, it cannot stay in there forever

I'm sorry that it's so frustrating believe you me, we all understand so vent, yell and scream away here honey... we'll be your shoulder and anything else you need!

Just keep truckin' along and before you know it you'll be ovulating!

My hcg was at 264 on Tuesday and I was induced 7 weeks ago when I m/c. My dr. ended up giving me a shot of methotrexate to see if that will help but I didn't have a normal m/c. I had a partial molar preg.
