This is in NO WAY asking people to leave or to move on to other boards. This is for information only!:

Hello all TTCAL ladies..

Over the past few weeks we have had alot of "newbies" WELCOME! and Some of our "oldies" have had thier BFP's CONGRATS! and some have went on to rejoin us again... ..

I am taking this moment to make sure you all are aware of the other boards that maybe have interest or give you support or information that you may need.

For our newbies... I know sometimes, other ladies getting thier BFP maybe a bit overwhelming.. Some weeks we have "BFP Booms" other weeks we have none. Sometimes it feels like everyone is sharing in on thier good news and updates.. This may make you feel down or alone... I know sometimes It can get to me.. This is when I go to the
Pregnancy Loss Board. No matter how many losses you have had you are WELCOME!

Pregnancy Loss - JustMommies Message Boards

If you have had 2 or more Loss we have the Recurrent Miscarriage and Pregnancy Loss..

Recurrent Miscarriage and Pregnancy Loss - JustMommies Message Boards

For our Ladies that get thier BFP's We have the Pregnancy after Loss Board... These ladies can help you get through the anxiety and questions you may have after you get your BFP's

Pregnancy After Loss - JustMommies Message Boards

We also have boards for our ladies that are TTC with certain medical conditions..

Trying to Conceive With PCOS - JustMommies Message Boards

Trying to Conceive with Endometriosis - JustMommies Message Boards

And lastly.... For those ladies who have been trying 6+ months and more than a year... we have boards for them...

Trying to Conceive Six Months + - JustMommies Message Boards

Trying to Conceive 1 Year + - JustMommies Message Boards

I hope you all check out these other boards, I know I use our board here and 3 other listed above...

Some weeks/days are better than others.. TTCAL is a hard road to travel. While yes the support here is wonderful, some times it hurts to be reminded with the good news of others.. This is always a touchy subject on this board.. But it is also part of our board. That is why we ask when you post about BFP's or pregnancy that you post it in your title. The journey for us Starts at the loss of our baby... and will not end untill we have a baby in our arms. For some this journey is short.. while others our journey has taken a lot longer than we anticapated. Please be mindfull of the ladies of this board, and were they are on thier journey....

BABY

XOXO

Kary

Thanks Kary!! And, if i may add one more thing to consider. This has been a sensitive issue and one of much debate. I just wanted people to be aware, if they choose to use this function -

When replying to a thread, especially one that is about a loss someone is going through/JUST gone through - those who have "I'm pregnant" tickers - you might want to turn off your signature on your reply. you can do that by "unchecking" the "show your signature" box on the reply window, before hitting "Post Quick Reply".

The only reason why I bring this up is that I was recently reading a Ladies' post about her loss, and as I scrolled through the repsonses, I saw one that had a ticker with the picture of the embryo. I couldn't help but think "awww. That could be hard for XXX to see that right now, as she goes through this loss."

It's just a thought. Not a requirement.

Let the inevitable debate begin.

I'm so glad you mentioned this because i didn't know until recently that you could turn your siggy off - i finally figured it out this week and started replying to posts - i didn't want to before because of the siggy. I think it's a sensitivity thing/ support thing. I never had trouble with others siggies after my losses - but i could def see where it could be hard - just like the ob's office almost (after a loss) which did suck for me. Again, thanks for bringing that up and I think it's a wonderful mention!
