The day before my miscarriage (Jan 4th ) my hcg levels had dropped to 4392.7. I bled for about a week. (Toward the end it was very light yellowish spotting).
Jan 13th they were 21.
Jan 21st they were 4 (non-pregnant level).
When should I ovulate? Or did I ovulate already? When should my next period arrive?

Thanks!
Christina

How long did you bleed for after your m/c. I had read online and my dr. also told me that it could be 3-4weeks after you stop bleeding. I am still bleeding/spotting since my m/c and that was on 12/16/09. I was induced so I did not have a D&C. So I have been bleeding/spotting for 7 1/2 weeks now and only stopped bleeding for 3 days. I don't think I have really had my actual period yet.

Sorry I can't be of more help and I am sorry for your loss.
You could always try temping or OPK's. It will help to see if you O.

You can ovulate ANY time after your levels hit 0... While MOST people will Ovulate 14 days (2wks)... Some ladies have ovulated with in days of having the bleeding stop... And have concieved... and have had healthy babies... It is uncommon.. But it does happen.. Every body is different. As for when AF should arrive.. again everyone is different... I wish this could be more cut and dry... but it is not.. HUGS!

It took a long time for my levels to drop after my m/c, and they gave me an ultrasound to look for potential remaining tissue when my hcg was around 15. I had a 12 mm follicle at that point, and I am pretty sure I ovulated (by OPK and then a temp rise) when my hcg was 10. I got my period when my hcg was 4. So I think you could have already ovulated, or it could be any time. There are definitely no rules with how our bodies work!
