When would you recommend charting after miscarrying? My Dh and I are going to wait until March to activly start TTC again but I thought in the mean time it wouldnt hurt charting.

Yes I think you should!! Than this way you will have a better idea, how and when... and have to time to ask questions... If you look at my chart... I didn't chart while I was m/c.... just since it took me over 5 weeks to get my HCG to 0... But as soon as they told me.. I was at 0.... I started charting again... You will be able to see what your temps do, when they start changing... and like Kara said... get you in the habbit..

I think you should start charting right away. You'll get into the habit and I find that it took me a few months to really understand what charts mean. Good luck!

I started charting a couple weeks ago. I m/c 12/16/09 and my hcg is not neg. yet. May be awhile before I actually do get to neg. I would say start charting so you will get the hang of it. Just like Kary said so you can also ask questions too. The way I look at it I can start asking questions now rather than later. When I do get to start ttc in 3 months hopefully I will have my cycles figured out.

I just started my chart from the first day I started bleeding. If that helps you out any. Notice I am on cycle day 53 or so!

everything they said! I think charting now would possibly be beneficial, and definetely wouldn't hurt!
