I called the Dr and was crying on the phone telling them I can't handle this anymore. Ive had 2 periods a month since being put on the bc pill. My most recent one started on Jan 28 and Im still bleeding. They said they will do a pap on me even though Im bleeding still. Last time I called they said to wait untill I was finished bleeding. Ive never had a pap while bleeding so I hope it decides to be light for the Dr.

I went through the same thing when I was on BCP. Your body is adjusting to the hormones and can take up to 3 months for everything to get into sync. I couldn't stand the bleeding anymore so I just stopped taking the BCP. You Dr. may try another brand for you if you are bleeding so often.

I know how frustrating it is and I hope you get this worked out soon.

See BCP should regulate you not make you have 2 periods! Either they need to adjust the strength of the BCP or run a batch of tests! (or all the above!)

Did they ever check your thyroid?

Well I didnt end up going to my appt, we got hit with a storm that day. The roads were slippery so I didnt want to chance it. Im still bleeding but since I ran out of pills the bleeding has slowed down.

I know how you feel in a way. I am tired of bleeding myself. I have been bleeding/spotting since Dec. 16th! Stopped for 3 days and that was it. Did you end up rescheduling your appt.? If I were you I would still try to get in there as soon as the roads clear up your way.
