honestly, it could be either! About a week or so after my D&C, I thought I was having O'ing cramps. It wasn't, and my OB said it probably wasn't (I was at my post-op follow-up appt). I finally O'd on CD 33, then AF showed on CD44.
It's very frustrating when you are waiting for your body to normalize itself. Just hang in there!

After a m/c your body is trying to get back on track... and every person is different... and it can take weeks, months, and up to year for some people. It is hard to say what your body is doing... The best way to keep track.. would be to chart, temp, OPK, and watch you CM..... And even then you can ALL the signs and still not release a mature egg perfect for fertilization.
I hope your body is on track... and this is Ovulation... So with the above being said... BD! You don;t have anything to loose.. and a baby to gain! Good Luck!

It's very likely you're about to ovulate... there's no way to get a whole picture unless you take some opk's and better yet throw charting into the mix, that would definitely add some insight
we dont plan on trying anytime soon, but if it happens it happens...I guess thats not the best way to go but i dont want to plan.
SO comes home tomorrow so we will be BDing
