Well I found out I have a cyst on my ovary. I had an u/s on Friday for my abdominal mass to see if its growing. I asked the tech how close it was to my ovary and then she went and looked at my ovary on my left side. She then asked if I had trouble with cyst. I told her no and did she think I had one. She said I do but not to tell anyone she told me. There not aloud to say. She was putting it in the report so I will see what my surgeon says about it. This is not my OB Dr though. I asked if I could have it due to ovulation and she did say yes but according to my chart I am not ovulating.
I dont know much about cyst but I did read it could cause your AF to be late and it was this month by 9 days. So maybe that is why. I also have pain right now that feels like o pains and I guess its the cyst. I am not sure its big enough to cause infertility though.

On a good note my surgeon did say that my tumor would not affect my pregnancy in anyway and gave me the go ahead to have another baby before having it out. So yeah!!! She did want to see if its growing though and if it is she may say I should have it out first. Not sure.

Brandi.... I am glad you are getting everything checked out.. where in your cycle are you?? Maybe what you are feeling is ovulation... either early or late!! KUP!

I have been feeling pain all week and thought that maybe I was ovulating but I have not yet. I am heading towards getting ready to ovulate though. I am on cd 10 today and should be o ing this week. I normally have o pain for just a couple of days. So it could be the cysts. I will see what the doc says though.

Hopefully the cyst is nothing to worry about.

It sounds like a good cyst and not a scary one (hope) Glad your surgeon is keeping an eye on things. Update more on all of that when you get your results.

I know the weird hem. cyst I had on my left side was extremely painful, but I guess they can come in all shapes and types of pain. Like O time hurts too... so I really hope that's all it is, an O cyst in which case that wouldbe AWESOME
