So I talked to the nurse at my doctors office today. My hcg numbers increased appropriately (51 to 165 in 48 hours) but that was last week at 4 weeks. I am getting one more blood draw tomorrow and then the receptionist will schedule me for a 6 week ultrasound to check for viability. Next week (Wednesday) I will hit 6 weeks so the ultrasound will likely be scheduled for shortly thereafter.

I am trying to think positive and keep the bad thoughts at bay. Getting through these next few days and then of course seeing a heart beat will help. Perhaps then I will feel ready for a ticker, DDC, etc.

Big hugs to you Michelle! (And you Kary!) I'm really thinking of you! Great numbers...and I'm hoping for more good updates soon. I know how hard this is, but you are doing great!

Also, there's no reason to have to rush into anything.. feel whatever you need to feel and do things when you're ready. I didn't join a DDC until almost week 7 after a heartbeat and even then.. my full heart isn't in it. Just take each milestone at a time and here's ton of positive vibes and sticky dust for your bean! And another hug!

That is great your numbers are going up. I pray that this is your stickie bean and you will be joining a ddc and PAL soon . Move at your pace and don't feel pressured. It is hard to be pregnant after a loss.

Those numbers look GREAT Michelle, please hang in there and try to keep your sanity... it's not the easiest time right now. As for the bad thoughts, no one of any of us have been able to NOT think things like that when we get pg. It's hard not to with our pasts... I pray that your bean is super gorilla glued in there and continues to grow at a healthy rate, keeping mommy proud and reducing the worries each milestone you reach!!!

We love you lady, I'm praying hard for you sweetheart... you so deserve this!!!
