For the past few days I have had alot of swelling in my legs/feet. I used to have swelling a long time ago when it was about that time for the but I havent had any issues for years. Did any of you have alot of swelling after your loss before she showed? My loss was 2/12 so Im thinking its just gearing up for AF and trying to get back to "normal" but not sure. BP and all is great and avoiding excess salt as much as possible. Any ideas?

I'm super salt senitive to even naturally occuring salt, so I'm no help because I can swell up looking at salt LOL! Have been that way since a teen that I noticed.

Sorry honey, but ya swelling is a very common symptom of AF... but could also be signs of health conditions. I'd definitely keep an eye on it

well you saw my post!! 8 lbs of water. i think our bodies are in high gear trying to figure out which way is up. i had the worst PMS of my life this cycle.

drink drink drink.(more then you think is humanly possible LOL) if you flood your body with water it will realize it doesnt need to hold on to the extra fluid it is hoarding. i didnt do this and realized my mistake and am now doing it!

I am prob. no help at all b/c I had swelling before my m/c due to high bp and stuff. I would def. say check you bp and see if it is normal. Also, I was told after I was induced that the swelling would get worse and then better. I am not sure if that goes the same for everyone but that is from my experience. I still haven't had af and I m/c 10weeks ago today!
