So is this it? Has the come already? I've spotted a couple days leading up to the start of my loss, bled, then spotted, had a couple days off, more spotting which has lead us up to now... red bleeding again. This is the most unusual loss I've ever gone thru and I'm a bit confused at where my body is at right now. However I haven't gone thru a tubal pregnancy loss, that I know about before now.

Know so many have gone thru similar situations, if not the exact same and the frustration was over the edge. I try to think back to things ladies here have said about it and really we're all just stuck... frustrated and confused, even up until a few months once things seem to gather some normalcy. There's several of us who have or are going thru losses currently who will eventually start TTCAL and was wondering if everyone who feels comfortable sharing please do.

So I was wondering if you could please share?

your cycle timeline from your loss thru perhaps until you noticed normalcy in your cycle?

Were your first few cycles longer or shorter? Heavier or lighter?

When did you ovulate post-mc, what CD's? Did the O CD change in those first few cycles?

Thank you all so much for being so open and sharing in your life's experiences... you're all making a difference in our lives by doing so... the helpfulness is immeasurable!

Celena I kn ow your frustration.... After I had the methotrexate injections my body did the exact same thing.. I woud bleed spot and then bleed... I don't think I had a clear cycle until November... I had the injections towards the end o Sept and it wasnt until the end of Oct that I had a decent cycle, and it was a normal 30 day cycle for me.. I wish you the best though hun.. Ih and I O'd right at CD 16 which iis my normal 30 day cycle day..

there was a website http://pregnancyloss.info/ that i found to be extremely helpful. now what they have written there is if you need to have at least 20 days of absolutely no spotting whatsoever for bleeding to count as your period.

i dont know if this is written in stone, but that is what this website says.

i can answer the first couple of your questions - somewhat LOL!.

i started my period 22 days after i stopped spotting. it was way heavier then i have ever had before for the first 2 days, but seems to be lasting about the same amount of time. i am now spotting - wearing a light pad and i am CD 4. the pms was way worse then i have ever experienced before.

that is all the info i have for you thus far

i forgot to add that it took 10 days from when i stopped bleeding to get a negative pregnancy test. so it was 12 days from the time my levels went to negative on an hpt to get AF.

I'm sorry your body is confusing you so much, Celena. Sometimes it just feels like your body is working against you, and it's sooooo frustrating. I hope this is AF for you, but at the very least you have an appointment next week, right? I hope it gives you the answers you need. Being in limbo is so difficult.

After my loss, I didn't get my period for 11 weeks. My hcg levels had dropped just below 25 by 6 weeks post-m/c, but then they took another 5 weeks to drop to baseline. I'm pretty sure I did O, at 9 weeks, when my hcg was still 10 or so. When I got AF, it was the first week that my levels were at baseline. The whole thing was very frustrating. They did an u/s and saw no retained tissue. After that, no one had any explanations. Just wait until your body works it out. It put me in a bad mood for the whole month of November

Since then, my cycle still hasn't quite gotten back to normal. I'm almost 6 months out, with a 70d cycle, a 50d cycle, and now what will be a 40d cycle. I hope the trend continues.

Good luck with this whole situation. I'm keeping you in my thoughts. Not knowing what's going on or how long it will take to resolve is so hard.

your cycle timeline from your loss thru perhaps until you noticed normalcy in your cycle? After my second loss.. and d/e.. 5 months untill my cycles returned to "normal" After my third.... After my third... I had some bleeding... but still had + hpt's.... than took over 5 wks for my numbers to drop from 90- 0. Than I had a "normal" AF

Were your first few cycles longer or shorter? Heavier or lighter? After the D/E yes heavier..... after the 3rd loss... those 3 days... of light bleeding were much lighter... that was how I knew something wasn't quite right.. when I started bleeding 5 weeks later... it was much, much heavier.

When did you ovulate post-mc, what CD's? Did the O CD change in those first few cycles? WHO KNOWS!!!! I know for a fact after my third loss... when AF finally showed after my numbers hit 0. I was brought in for Bloodwork and than an U/S on CD 13. I had a + OPK.. I mean BLARING +..... I had HOCP and EWCM.. But the U/S showed I had no follies over 12... So that means I DID NOT OVULATE!!!! Even with ALL the signs.. my body did not release an egg. But I can tell you after my d/e I got OPK's later in my cycle.. it took 5 months for them to get back to my normal cd12-13

Thanks ladies!

MY very very first loss approx 10 years ago it was a very early loss... no more than a week later than AF was due I started to bleed extremely heavily, very painful cramps. I have no idea if and when I O'd after that cycle because I didn't even start charting until a month later. Back then I did the pen & paper method then would use graph paper to make the chart. Those are long gone.

1st loss (July) with DH this summer I lost the babe at 6wks3ds after spotting started a few+ days after AF was due w/+ hpt. My hCG levels did not get above the hundreds and I think I must have zeroed out with my bleeding & loss because I had O'd around that time too. That cycle I had gotten pg again before AF ever came so I have no clue. I miscarried in my 5th week.

2nd loss (August) with DH this summer was like a very heavy period, with some huge clots and some odd tissue. Not as much as our loss just before because this was much earlier. That cycle I O'd a week later than usual at around CD23 and AF was approx a week late. I bled, spotted and didn't have reoccuring spotting before O'ing.

3rd This loss (February) I've spotted a couple days prior to bleeding, started to bleed went to spotting and then a 2 day break with more spotting then now bleeding. My numbers on 02/22 were just under 400. Today I woke up with period like cramps, so I almost wonder if it's af like I said before. Just seems like because my #'s aren't zero it couldn't be possible. So here on CD18 bleeding and no signs of ovulation. So we'll see when that happens, hopefully I will get the CBEFM here this week and then I can get some idea of O time. We are not TTC this cycle, at least I don't want to... DH does. I'd like to get the bw done first. I forsee this cycle being very very long.
