My cat Gizmo, O/T... he needs your thoughts & prayers please!!!!

My cat Gizmo is the most beautiful cat I've ever had and seen. He is loving and affectionate and I would give him my kidney, that is how much I love him. What I can not do for him though is give him my heart, if I could, I would.

Gizmo has several heart problems that we have been watching closely. He has a heart murmur, high blood pressure and thickening heart walls. Today he went in for an EKG, an echocardiogram and blood pressure check up that gets done every six months. I've just learned that his heart is not doing well at all. His heart walls have thickened a lot and his blood pressure has risen. We are going to put him on new medicine but it is not a cure. It will only slow down the thickening heart walls. I do not know how much longer he has. I couldn't bring myself to ask. I do ask though, and we usually don't do this, but please say a little prayer for Gizmo.

If you look on his side, you can see a number 3. Which fits him so perfectly as he was the 3rd pet DH and I got together.

Awww he is so precious! Ive lost 2 cats and know its hard to lose a fur baby. They are really your children. My thoughts are with you and DH and especially Gizmo.
