Do you know anyone in real life that has had a loss and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Care to share?

My good friend had a loss at 9 weeks and then got pregnant shortly after and had a healthy pregnancy that resulted in her little boy

My sister also had a loss and then 3 months later got her BFP and went on to have a great pregnancy and a gorgeous baby boy

Many ladies I work with have had multiple losses.. and went on to have babies... I never knew this until after I had mt second loss... and had to have a d/e.. The woman who covered my shift at 11pm.. so I could go home the night before my d/e had 4 d/c before having her twin boys.

I had no clue so many people around me had suffered a loss at some point in time. Several of my co-workers told me after mine that they too had losses. One in particular had an ectopic pregnancy then another m/c but then went on to have 4 healthy pregnancies. My Mom informed me that my Grandmother had a loss after my mother and then went on to have 3 more kids. It just amazed me how many friends/family have been thru it and I had no idea. I was told its alot more common than what everyone thinks. I guess many just dont talk about it.

actually every person i know that has had a loss went on to have a baby. both my sisters (they each had late losses - one at 5 months one at 6), my niece - she now has a 2.5 year old girl, my friend - ended up with THREE more kids after her loss, and my other friend also had two more after her TWO losses in a row.

oh and i forgot. another friend who had a late loss (6 months). she had her loss at 41, got pregnant again (at 42) and now has a 6 year old!

Me! I had two losses prior to conceiving DD. Took me all up 13 months from my first m/c until DD was conceived. Best of luck x
