I want nothing more than to be a mother, to carry my own baby. However, after 4 losses in the past year, i'm finding it hard to look forward to being pregnant again. Not that I dont' want to be pregnant, DH and I have been BD'ing like crazy, but with a new pregnancy, brings the thoughts, will this one stick????

Anyone else going/gone thru this?

i can TOTALLY see why you are feeling this way! being pregnant for you not only brings joy and hope, but fear. how can it not? so far the two have always been intertwined.

i have to say - tho i probably have no right to feel this way as i have only had one loss, but i am scared to death to get pregnant again. i am coming upon my fertile days and i am not sure i want to go for it this month cause of the fear.

i commend you on your bravery. truly. you have been thru heartache over and over again and to willing go for it - results unknown - with only heartache to show for your efforts.... well that is the definition of a mothers love already.

i sincerely hope this is your month. you deserve to hold a babe in your arms this time around.

hugs.

Thanks ladies, I go up and down with these emotions. It's just not fair that we all have to feel like this.
May we all get our BFP and a super sticky bean soon.

Hello mmllhh. I too am 5dpo. I completely understand. My 1st pregnancy ended in miscarrige. My second was difficult. I was hospitalized at 10wks, 12 wks, and finally at 4 mnths put on total bed rest. It was tough. After having her, I had a copper t iud for 9 years. Had it removed in nov 2009 (got remarried in sept 09), in dec around xmas I found out I was expecting. Of course after almost 9 years I was so excited! Then Jan 2nd, I had a miscarriage. We were devistated. So, we waited a cycle and here I am! Ttc one more time. Baby dust 2 us all!
