I'm 5dpo and my temp has spike a degree and I am so exhausted I'm fighting to stay awake at my desk.

I had a temp drop than a spike... But I have seen a lot of charts that have a huge spike!!!!!!! and they are PREGNANT!!!!

I don't know how to chart, i'm an OPK kinda girl. I'm in that 2WW so every little thing is a sign to me right now. know what i mean?

If it spiked a degree like you said, that could be hitting a triphasic pattern
